Sarah Griffiths has worked in dentistry since 2008, starting her career as a Dental Nurse before qualifying as a Dental Hygienist from Cardiff University in 2020. She takes a gentle, patient-centred approach to care, with a focus on prevention, education and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Sarah enjoys supporting patients to improve and maintain their oral health, taking the time to explain treatments clearly and provide practical advice tailored to their individual needs. Known for her calm and caring manner, Sarah is particularly skilled at helping nervous patients feel more relaxed and confident during their appointments. She enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients and is passionate about helping them achieve healthy smiles. Alongside her role in dentistry, Sarah runs her own facial aesthetics business. Outside of work, Sarah is a busy mum of three who enjoys travelling and making memories with her family. She is also passionate about health and fitness, particularly weight training and spending time at the gym.
