Shyreen Liaqat began her dental career at Lahore Medical and Dental College in Pakistan, then completed five years of intensive specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Her advanced training means patients requiring oral surgery, whether a simple or complex extraction, can feel confident they are receiving care from a highly experienced clinician. While Shyreen enjoys the technical precision involved in dentoalveolar surgery, she is particularly passionate about supporting nervous patients. She understands that dental treatment can feel daunting for some people and takes pride in helping turn a stressful appointment into a more relaxed and comfortable experience. Through clear communication and a supportive, non-judgemental approach, she helps patients feel listened to, informed and reassured throughout their care. As a new mum, Shyreen also enjoys working with children and is committed to making their early dental visits positive and fear-free. By focusing on gentle, patient-centred care, she aims to help young patients develop a positive relationship with dental treatment from an early age. Outside of the practice, Shyreen enjoys reading and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
