Mo Shriki is a Specialist Orthodontist on the General Dental Council Specialist List. After graduating with Honours, he completed foundation training in Kent, Surrey and Sussex, followed by Dental Core Training posts across Cambridgeshire and the Royal London Hospital. He went on to achieve a Distinction in an MSc in Dental Science from Queen Mary University of London. He gained the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Mo completed his specialist orthodontic training at Cardiff Dental Hospital, where he achieved an MScD in Orthodontics. He has also gained Membership in Orthodontics from both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, successfully completing both Royal College specialty examinations. He is also a published researcher and has contributed to national guidance on patient care during Ramadan. Alongside his clinical work, Mo holds leadership roles as an Educational and Validation Supervisor and Clinical Lead within Cambridgeshire. He also supports healthcare professionals and is actively involved in humanitarian initiatives for refugee healthcare workers, particularly those from Syria and Palestine.

Dr Ali Ganji was born in Iran and completed his dental education in Slovakia, where he qualified with a strong foundation in all areas of general dentistry. Since qualifying, he has continued to build his skills through hands-on clinical training at Mile End Dental Clinic in Chelmsford, with a particular focus on restorative dentistry and prosthetics. Now part of the team at mydentist, Dr Ganji provides both NHS and private dental care. He also regularly treats emergency patients, offering prompt, reassuring support when urgent treatment is needed. His approach is centred on delivering thorough, patient-focused care based on the latest evidence-based principles, and he has a particular interest in dental surgery. Dr Ganji takes pride in combining a high standard of clinical care with a calm and supportive manner, helping patients feel comfortable, confident and informed throughout their treatment journey. He believes clear communication is essential to good dental care and takes the time to explain diagnoses and procedures in an easy-to-understand way. Using diagrams and written information where appropriate, he helps patients explore their treatment options and make informed decisions about their oral health.

Dr Malgorzata Bertowska joined the practice when it first opened, she qualified in Warsaw in 1983 and moved here with her daughters in 2006. She now lives on a Farm locally and enjoys the country lifestyle. She is a vital part of our team here in Lampeter and has mentored and supported several young dentists over the years.Malgorzata is a great supporter of NHS Dentistry and has been providing a professional and caring service to patients in the area for many years and has a long and loyal list of patients. She likes to help nervous patients and has helped many overcome their dental fears.In her spare time, Malgorzata enjoys the country side, cooking, gardening and when possible spends holidays travelling and sailing, which has been a passion of hers for many years.

Paulo graduated from Lisbon university in 1999 and after some years, developed a passion for implantology. He completed the Dental Implantology course IX and was awarded a diploma by the International Team of Implantology in 2010. Paulo had over 3 years experience of placing dental implants in his home country Portugal and moved to the UK in 2013, where he later continued his passion and education. In 2020 he was awarded a PG Diploma in dental Implantology from Salford University and now has over a decade of experience placing dental implants in a variety of locations in the UK. Paulo is committed to providing his patients the highest standard of treatment and patient journey. He continues to attend courses to upskill and keep up to date with all the latest treatments, technology and guidance. As well as his passion for dental implants, Paulo developed an interest in teeth straightening.
