He moved to the UK in 2005 and after working in various practices in the South of England and in Scotland, he decided to settle in North Yorkshire. Michal is a very experienced dentist and loves all aspects of dentistry from general dental treatments to complex treatments and currently works at 2 mydentist practices in Middlesbrough and Stockton.Michal developed an interest in dental implants and has completed his general and advanced dental practical courses in dental implants in 2014. She believes that building trust and providing personalised care are key to creating positive patient experiences and successful outcomes. Committed to continuous professional development, Anna regularly attends courses and postgraduate training to expand her skills and keep up to date with the latest treatment options. She has completed training in both ClearCorrect and Invisalign, allowing her to provide discreet teeth straightening solutions tailored to individual needs. Anna also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from Newcastle and is currently undertaking postgraduate orthodontic training. She also provides professional teeth whitening treatments, including Enlighten whitening. Outside of dentistry, Anna enjoys leading an active lifestyle and spends her free time taking part in fitness training, cycling and running. Hanna Kaczan qualified as a dentist from the University of Bialystok in Poland in 1995 and spent the following ten years working in private dental practices, developing extensive experience across all areas of general dentistry. In 2002, she achieved a first-degree Specialisation in General Dentistry, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and expertise. After moving to the UK in 2005, Hanna worked in a family-run dental practice in the North East for 17 years before joining mydentist in 2024. Hanna is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to both NHS and private patients. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and takes pride in delivering personalised care that supports long-term oral health and wellbeing. She has a particular interest in restorative and prosthetic dentistry, with experience in providing simple and complex composite fillings, crowns, veneers, dentures and professional teeth-whitening treatments. Known for her caring and patient-focused approach, Hanna is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey. Dr Bogdan Burghelea qualified as a dentist from the University of Constanta, Romania, in 2002 and has built extensive experience in providing high-quality patient care throughout his career. In 2009, he joined mydentist, delivering oral healthcare to patients across the Teesside area and supporting them in achieving and maintaining healthy smiles. Driven by a passion for restoring patients’ confidence and oral function, Bogdan developed a particular interest in dental implant dentistry. Wanting to offer more restorative solutions for patients with missing teeth, he has undertaken extensive postgraduate training to further develop his skills. His qualifications include a PG Certificate in Implant Dentistry in 2019, a Masterclass in Advanced Bone Grafting in 2020 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Implant Dentistry in 2023. With significant experience in implant treatment planning and placement, Bogdan provides advanced solutions for replacing missing teeth, including implant-retained restorations and alternatives to dentures. His patient-centred approach focuses on helping patients regain confidence in their smiles while improving oral function and comfort.

Alla Mallows is a highly experienced Dental Hygienist and Therapist with more than 30 years of experience in the dental profession. She first qualified in Russia as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in 1993 before further advancing her education and qualifying as a dentist in 2003, giving her a broad and comprehensive understanding of patient care. Since beginning practice in the UK in 2020, Alla has worked across a variety of NHS and private dental settings, building on her extensive international experience. Prior to relocating to the North East, she worked in practices throughout Manchester, treating patients with a wide range of dental needs and backgrounds. Alla has a particular interest in caring for nervous patients, individuals with additional needs, and patients with dental implants. Her calm, compassionate, and patient-centred approach helps put patients at ease and ensures a positive treatment experience. She provides a range of treatments including professional cleaning, fillings, children's extractions, oral health education, and preventive care, helping patients of all ages achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
